Seeking better oversight of booking modifications? Wondering who on your staff has made changes to a reservation? You can designate staff fields as mandatory when creating or editing bookings. Get complete transparency over booking edits, empowering you to track staff involvement with precision.
From the side menu:
Choose Settings > Settings > Booking Settings
Scroll down to “Make staff selection in bookings mandatory” and select the checkbox
Click on Update > OK
Now when a staff member creates or edits a booking, they will be prompted to select their name from the booking form.
To add a staff member to your Manager Account
From the side menu
Choose Team management > Edit your account
Scroll down to “Multiple User Account”
Click on “Add Staff Member” to input the members of staff who can edit bookings on your behalf.
