By linking your restaurant’s reservation system to your Google Business profile, guests can easily book a table with just one click. This guide will walk you through the process of connecting your Google profile with your reservation link.
Below is an example of how your restaurant might appear on Google when a guest searches for it.
Steps to add your reservation link to Google:
1. Locate your booking link: Go to Settings > Settings > Online Bookings and copy the reservation link found here:
2. Log in to Google My Business:
- Sign in to your restaurant’s Google My Business profile.
- Select your profile and Click on “See your profile” button
- Select “Edit profile” and make sure your profile’s category is set to “restaurant.” If it is not set to “Restaurant”, click on ADD a category to request the change.
3. Add your booking link: Select “Booking” and enter the Reservation Link
4. Save changes: After saving, your restaurant will be ready to receive bookings directly from your Google Business Profile. Note that it may take a couple of days for Google to update your profile.
